We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast provided was enjoyable with a good selection of choices, and we especially loved the balcony/terrace with its stunning views. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy activities in the area.- One advantage we appreciated was the friendly staff who were always helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It felt a bit uncomfortable having to ask for a drink, especially when we wanted to relax in the bar after skiing.

I absolutely loved the variety and choice offered at breakfast. The balcony/terrace provided a stunning view. The nearby pizza place and champion cafe were fantastic dining options. The spa at the hotel was clean and had both steam baths and saunas. The staff were friendly and even remembered our drink preferences from the previous night.
Could not be improved in any way.

The breakfast selection was great with lots of variety. the balcony view was very impressive and we loved chilling out on it. the hotel location was perfect for skiing and the ski bus was very handy for getting around.
The lack of tea and coffee facilities was disappointing and felt a bit awkward having to ask for drinks. the internet felt unsafe and unreliable.
